Taking a single measurement BB

Select the “Start New Analysis” button, under Single Analysis, on the start screen to start an independent measurement. Afterwards a menu appears which allows you to select one of the following measurement options:

• Viability & Concentration – Live-Dead analysis and concentration measurement
• Only Concentration – Concentration measurement

You must use a stained sample for live-dead analysis! The correct staining method must also be set. This is indicated by the color of the drop and can be changed in the App Settings.

After selecting the desired option, the image acquisition starts. (see Recording images)
