New Design & Usage Updates to the FW App
We’re excited to announce a series of updates to our FW app meant to give you a greater experience. Here is what’s new:
The Homescreen
There’s no major change here. We’ve just reorganized and redesigned the buttons a bit to make everything even more intuitive and easier to use.
Otherwise, you know the drill: you can choose to do a Single Analysis or you can use the Fermentation Tracking Feature.
The Single Analysis Screen
Again, the functionality remains the same, only the two buttons – “Viability & Concentration” and “Only Concentration” now look nicer.
Tracking Overview – Main Page
Previously, if you went to the Fermentation Tracking feature and clicked on Tracking Overview, you got to a list comprising both your completed and your ongoing trackings.
In this new FW App version, whenever you finalize a tracking, it gets moved to the “completed” tab.
The Results Screen
We’ve reorganized and redesigned the elements on the Results page:
- You’ll notice a new Info button for the Dilution in parts section, which opens a pop-up with useful information on how to add the dilution values.
- We’ve slightly reorganized the Result bubbles – the index bubble has been separated from the green concentration bubble, which makes it easier to interpret the data.
- On the Results Screen you’ll now see an Edit button that you can use to change the name of the analysis and also to edit the details of the dilution. Moreover, you can leave a comment for your future self, browsing through old analyses.
When clicking the Edit button, you’ll end up here:
You can now introduce other values.
To finalize changing the values, just click on the OK button. Keep in mind that once you change the dilution values, the concentration will be automatically recalculated.
The Sharpness Indicator
You’ll notice that the background for the numbers is now dark gray (it was transparent before), which makes it easier to see the data.
If you click on it, you get a pop-up detailing how the Sharpness Indicator works.
