Smear and stain the sample

First, the sample is spread on the slide. To do this, carefully roll your sample onto the glass slide.

Let the sample dry briefly so that the dye can then be better distributed. The sample appears milky white on the slide. If it is not visible, this can be a sign that not enough sample has been spread.

Attention: Suitable protective gloves must be worn when handling the dye solution.
Please also note the safety data sheet in the Appendix.
To check the sample, it must be stained with the fluorescent dye supplied. Place one drop of dye on the right and left of the center. Immediately afterwards add one drop of superglue on the right and left.

Place the coverslip on the slide and let everything dry for a few seconds before continuing.
